Generally, you can expect to receive your SOA through email or within your account dashboard on our app. We prioritize delivering your SOA in a secure and convenient manner. If you have forgotten your password, don't worry, we've got you covered. Follow these steps to recover your password: 

1. On the login screen, look for the "Forgot Password" option. Tap on it. You will be prompted to provide the NRIC/FIN associated with your account. 

2. Enter NRIC/FIN correctly. Once submitted, you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to reset your password. Please note that the email may take a few minutes to arrive, so be sure to check your spam or junk folders as well. 

3. In the email, you will find a link or a temporary password to reset your password. Click on the provided link or follow the instructions given. 

4. You will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password. Choose a strong and secure password that you can easily remember. 

5. After setting your new password, save the changes, and you should now be able to log in to your account using your updated credentials.
